Newrez is seeking an experienced mortgage loan originator in New Jersey to sell loan products and develop referral sources. You will meet with clients at outside locations and real estate professionals to generate borrower leads and drive production.

You will process applications, determine clients' needs, and offer appropriate products while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service. A proactive, fast-paced, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must qualify for and obtain state licensure where NewRez does business.
• Minimum of 1 year mortgage loan origination experience.
• 2 year college degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proven sales skills and leadership abilities.
