Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience in mortgage servicing.
• A 2-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between Mortgage Forward and clients for loan-related needs.
• Process loan maintenance requests for agency and investor loans.
• Assist with escrow disbursements, PMI remittance, and insurance monitoring.
• Navigate servicing website and resolve borrower inquiries with guidance.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and Mortgage Forward policies.
• Back up other loan servicers and support VP, Servicing as needed.
