Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a senior Loan Operations leader in California to guide Mortgage Loan Servicing and related servicing functions. You will oversee post-closing processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across HELOC, mortgage, C&I, CRE, and syndicated lending areas.

The role requires 10+ years in mortgage servicing with SBA exposure, strong project execution skills, and leadership of multi-functional teams within a bank environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 10+ years in Mortgage Loan Servicing with SBA exposure and commercial lending knowledge.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading a multi-functional team.
• Strong knowledge of RCSA and policy/procedure development.
• Strong project implementation skills.
• Strong loan servicing system knowledge.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement capabilities with proven efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-closing monetary and non-monetary servicing processes.
• Lead Mortgage Loan Servicing as the anchor function.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Manage multi-functional teams across Consumer HELOC, Mortgage, C&I, CRE, and related servicing.
• Drive efficiency gains, cost savings, and process improvements.
