Job summary

Prevail Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing professional to manage residential mortgage and consumer loan post-closing duties. The role covers payment posting, escrow analysis, lien release processing, and investor reporting in a busy bank environment.

Ideal candidates have a two-year business degree and prior loan processing experience, with strong attention to detail and customer service. Travel and training needs are minimal, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree in business related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two/three years of bank loan processing or title experience preferred.
• Previous financial institution customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily loan maintenance and make additional notations within core system.
• Review, scan & index department loan maintenance that is done in core system.
• Review & approve daily loan maintenance reports.
• Prepare loan documentation for imaging & index files to doc storage.
• Provide payoff quotes and post payoff payments on core system.
• Prepare and electronically record all lien satisfactions.
• Review final title policies and recorded mortgages and index to doc storage.
• Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements; follow attendance and hours of work.
• Perform other duties as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
