Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing professional to support multiple servicing functions, assist members and staff with complex loan issues, and ensure timely processing. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include PMI reconciliation, escrow management, modifications, and acting as a back-up for Mortgage Servicing Representatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year lending experience at Landmark or 2 years mortgage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple mortgage servicing functions: title, closing packages, private mortgage insurance, and new loans.
• Experience with programs/systems used for this job or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all areas of the construction loan program including escrow agreements, title company coordination, record keeping, construction loan setup and appraisal follow-up.
• Review title policies, file policies and document completion in the loan origination system; research policy exceptions.
