Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC seeks an experienced Loan Processor to provide high-quality customer service, gather documentation, and prepare underwriting packages. You will ensure disclosures and regulatory compliance while coordinating with loan officers and customers.

The role requires 5+ years of residential mortgage processing, familiarity with Encompass, and strong math and communication skills. On-site position in Winter Park, FL with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass required.
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regs (Reg Z, Reg B).
• Knowledge of DU/LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, employment, income and assets for underwriting.
• Assemble complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and forms; communicate with loan originator, customer and underwriter.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and disclosures.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain surveys, flood certs, title commitments, and payoff info.
• Manage pipeline and complete reports within turn-around times.
