Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Loan Processor to deliver quality customer service by gathering required documentation and coordinating with customers and Loan Officers. The role involves underwriting support, disclosures, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience, proficiency with Encompass, and fluency in Spanish and English to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with customers.
• Minimum 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations.
• Knowledge of DU, LP, and loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting.
• Assemble loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify required documentation and complete loan checklist.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and ensure accuracy of forms 1008/1003.
• Communicate with Loan Originator, customer, and Underwriter to obtain missing documents.
• Review loans for compliance with mortgage regulations (RESPA, TIL, Reg. B).
• Manage pipeline and submit reports within turn-around times.
