Job summary

PRMI is seeking a producing Mortgage Branch Manager in Springfield, IL to lead a high-performing team while continuing to originate loans yourself.

You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, manage the branch P&L and leverage processing and back-office support so you can focus on production, recruiting and coaching.

This role offers a strong compensation package with base, commission, sign-on options, and comprehensive benefits from a trusted national lender.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) in good standing.
• Principal Lending license or ability to obtain where required by state.
• Approximately 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours per week rather than all day.
• Lead the branch's culture, performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
