Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching. Compensation ranges from $80K to $220K base, plus commission on personal production and a branch override; sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with Principal Lending license as required by state.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach or team lead ready to run a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers.
• Lead the branch's culture and grow the branch's P&L.
