Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to build a high-performing team while continuing to originate. You’ll keep your own deals and benefit from back-office support for processing, underwriting, closing, and related tasks.

You’ll recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, focus on growth of the branch’s P&L, and collaborate with a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders to win more business.

Qualifications

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
