Job summary

PRMI seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to lead a producing team while continuing to originate. You will develop a branch culture focused on performance, recruiting, and coaching, with support for processing and back-office tasks to maximize production.

Expect compensation tied to personal production and branch results, with a base salary set by your history and a sign-on bonus. Join a lender licensed in 49 states with strong capital access.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with a Principal Lending license or eligible.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
