Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage who continues to originate while building a team, with full support for processing, underwriting, closing and back-office functions.

You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, guide branch culture and P&L growth, and earn on personal production plus branch overrides; sign-on bonus available and full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with Principal Lending license or able to obtain.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers with focused time for guidance.
• Lead the branch's culture, performance and P&L growth.
