Job summary

PRMI seeks a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage who will continue originating while building a team. You will drive production, recruit and coach loan officers, and oversee branch performance with access to processing and back-office support.

You’ll leverage a broad product set (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo) and stay active in the market to grow both personal and branch production.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS) with Principal Lending license or ability to obtain.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours weekly.
• Lead the branch's culture, performance and P&L growth.
