Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Springfield, MA. You will continue originating loans while building and leading a team, with full back-office support to focus on production, coaching and recruiting.

You will earn based on your production and branch results, with a base salary set by your production history plus commissions and potential sign-on bonuses. This is a full-time on-site leadership role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Principal Lending license, or ability to obtain where state requires it.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
