PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. This role keeps you as a producer with full support from processing, underwriting, closing and back-office teams. You’ll focus on production, recruiting and coaching to grow the branch.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) in good standing.
• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with steady track record.
• Strong referral network with real estate agents and builders.
• Willing to coach and mentor loan officers.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers.
• Lead the branch culture and P&L growth.
