Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage to lead a high-performing team while continuing to originate loans. Keep your pipeline while expanding branch production, with back-office support for processing, underwriting, and closings.

You will recruit and mentor loan officers, drive branch culture, and manage P&L to achieve growth. Competitive compensation includes base and commissions, with sign-on bonus possible.

Qualifications

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
