JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Nashville is seeking an experienced Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, guiding clients through mortgage options, coordinating with bankers, and promoting products while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will mentor branch teams, build relationships with local retail partners, and apply FHA/VA guidelines to expand mortgage originations in footprint territories.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• FHA/VA sales experience preferred.
• Marketing, promoting, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
