JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in our Chase Home Lending group in Arizona.

The role focuses on guiding clients through the loan process, leveraging deep product knowledge and regulatory compliance to serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. The position emphasizes collaboration with branch teams, cross-sell opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting mortgage originations in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge.
