Qualifications

• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to promote a superior customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Maintains relationships with customers as the mortgage expert.
• Uses consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
