Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through every stage of the loan process, serving as the primary contact for customers while ensuring regulatory compliance and expertise in home lending products.

You will collaborate with bankers, train staff, and drive marketing efforts to grow mortgage originations, building strong relationships within the branch network and acting as the mortgage expert for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to promote an outstanding customer experience through various marketing efforts.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations and fits within reporting relationships.
• Establishes as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good customer relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
