Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle. You will serve as the primary contact, leveraging home lending products and regulatory knowledge to help customers achieve homeownership.

You will mentor others, collaborate with bankers, and apply your mortgage expertise to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting compliance and guideline requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and other channels.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
