Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with team on marketing efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan origination in footprint territories.
• Maintains mortgage expert status and strong relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and product knowledge.
