The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in mortgage lending and sales, and strong knowledge of local real estate markets, FHA/VA guidelines, and client relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending with proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and reports within established structures.
• Builds relationships with customers as the mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
