Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, delivering expert guidance on FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC programs and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and use Chase resources to grow mortgage originations while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds a reputation as mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
