Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Indiana is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing. You will leverage deep product knowledge and regulatory awareness to ensure compliant, customer-focused lending solutions.

You will mentor branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and promote mortgage originations while upholding NMLS and Safe Act requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
