JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the full loan lifecycle and act as the primary contact for home lending customers. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, mortgage product expertise, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will collaborate with branch teams, bankers, and marketing efforts to promote originations, while building strong customer relationships and acting as the mortgage expert within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
