Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ohio is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and serve as the primary contact throughout the life of the loan.

You will coach branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and promote mortgage-originations with a client-focused approach while complying with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities within Chase Home Lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
