Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related experience.
• Mortgage lending knowledge and proven sales ability.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA guidelines and real estate markets.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for cross-sell.
• Partners with branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint.
• Builds relationships and acts as mortgage expert for clients.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on client needs.
