Qualifications

• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situations and lending needs to help achieve home ownership goals.
• Collect and analyze information on finances, goals, income, assets, debts, and credit history.
• Analyze financial information to assess loan qualification potential.
• Make recommendations on lending solutions to meet objectives.
• Advise customers on risks, benefits, and alternatives of lending options.
• Promote Citi's brand and mortgage services to real estate agents and referral sources.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support and grow mortgage lending and deposits.
