Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the life of a loan, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering a superior customer experience. You will collaborate with bankers and partners to promote mortgage products and originate loans while maintaining deep product knowledge and market awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media ads, cross-sell efforts, and other marketing.
Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
