Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process, acting as the primary contact for borrowers throughout the life of the loan. The role emphasizes adherence to regulatory requirements and leveraging Chase marketing tools to promote loan products.

The Senior Home Lending Advisor will partner with bankers to grow mortgage originations while delivering a high-quality customer experience and acting as a trusted mortgage expert for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds as the internal/external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
