JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending. You will be the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting mortgage products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds expertise as the internal and external mortgage advisor and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
