Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle, while the Home Lending team provides expert support. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while promoting our mortgage products and helping customers achieve homeownership.

In this role you will coach branch staff, build relationships with bankers, and drive mortgage originations across footprint territories, applying financial analysis and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
