Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chase Home Lending seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle, leveraging deep knowledge of home lending products to deliver a first-class experience.

You will coach branch teams, drive mortgage originations, and ensure compliance with Dodd-Frank and NMLS requirements while collaborating with bankers and marketing to grow the footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds relationships with customers and provides consultative financial recommendations.
