Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending division is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. You will leverage deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements while supporting clients in achieving their homeownership goals.

You will train branch teams, collaborate with bankers to meet clients, and promote mortgage originations across footprint markets, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/real estate experience.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with product training.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and cross-sells products.
• Collaborates with marketing to drive customer experience and utilizaes marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations across footprint territories and reports structure."
• Builds relationships with customers and serves as mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and circumstances.
