Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the Chase Home Lending division seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their loan lifecycle, while leveraging our team’s knowledge and regulatory guidance.

You will collaborate with branch bankers to promote mortgage originations, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and apply expert advice on FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell activities.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds reputation as mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
