Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan process and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the loan lifecycle. You will coach branch staff, collaborate with bankers to meet clients, and promote mortgage products via marketing programs while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and lead generation efforts.
• Builds strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Serves as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
