Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Michigan. You will serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, guiding clients on mortgage options and collaborating with branch teams to deliver outstanding service.

You will mentor colleagues, meet with clients, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while promoting our home lending products and building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing, cross-sell efforts, and digital channels.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate

3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience

Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Knowledge of real estate market in local area
