Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home lending journey, serving as the primary contact while collaborating with the Home Lending team to provide expert product knowledge and support. You will manage regulatory requirements and promote financial products to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good customer relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on analysis and customer needs.
