JPMorgan Chase in Chase Home Lending seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, applying expert product knowledge. You will mentor branch teams, meet with customers with bankers to introduce additional products, and help drive mortgage originations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Successful candidates will have knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, 3+ years in mortgage lending, and strong real estate market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains strong relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
