Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending division is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, guiding them through homeownership with expert product knowledge and industry compliance.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with bankers, promote mortgage originations, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
