Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for clients through the loan lifecycle, guiding on mortgage products and regulatory requirements.

You will coach bankers, meet clients, collaborate on marketing efforts, and build partnerships with branches to drive mortgage originations while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team on marketing efforts to promote products and services.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations by building partnerships with retail branches.
• Serves as the internal/external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
