JPMorganChase is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Santa Rosa, California. You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their loan journey, collaborating with a dedicated team to help clients achieve homeownership. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in mortgage lending, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Work together with bankers, meet with their customers and introduce new clients to bankers.
• Collaborate with your team to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Build role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
