Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Santa Monica, California. In this role, you will serve as the key contact for customers throughout the loan process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while marketing Chase's financial products. You will coach branch teams, develop partnerships, and provide financial recommendations based on customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate, along with at least 3 years of experience in mortgage lending and retail banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Work with bankers, meet customers, and introduce new clients.
• Collaborate to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Develop partnerships with branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Build relationships as the internal and external mortgage expert.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
