Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in California seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for loan customers throughout the life of the loan. The role focuses on guiding clients to homeownership while complying with regulatory requirements and leveraging marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate with bankers to grow mortgage originations, train branch teams, and serve as a trusted mortgage expert. A strong sales background and real estate knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and outreach.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
