JPMorgan Chase in California is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, guiding clients to homeownership with compliance and product knowledge.

You will train branch staff, work with bankers to cross-sell, and partner with retail branches to promote mortgage originations, acting as the internal and external mortgage expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers, and introduces new clients to bankers.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Builds partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.

• Provides recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
