JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle, serving as the primary contact for home lending products. You will work with the Home Lending team to provide expert guidance while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional service.

You will mentor branch staff, coordinate with bankers, and leverage marketing channels to originate mortgage loans across footprint markets. Strong communication and real estate knowledge are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds the role of internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
