Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in California is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting Chase financial products.

The role focuses on guiding clients toward homeownership with a strong team supporting in lending knowledge. The Senior Home Lending Advisor will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations while maintaining excellent client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
