Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds relationships with customers and acts as mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and needs.
