JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan journey. You will mentor branch staff, meet with clients, and promote mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance and an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a strong sales record in retail banking, deep knowledge of local real estate markets, and familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. Join a team focused on helping customers realize homeownership goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as internal/external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
